Sliimo 10"

Sliimo is a Sci Fi Space Metal band from the moon of Nar Shaddaa, but way of Providence, RI. They dress up in space adventuring costume and play a mix of stoner sludge and ambient rock that belongs to an unheard of galaxy and immeasurable distance away. Songs on the newest album are sung in Galactic Basic (English) and have themes of space fights, radiation storms, and the experiences of a brain submerged in a sub light stasis pod. Music and art is a performance and an experience to show that goofy freaks have a place on Earth and Beyond. This 10″ EP also features artwork from the infamous Gunsho. Formerly a staple in the PVD scene, it wasn’t uncommon to see his fantastical posters for shows around town. After working with acts like Diplo, Andrew WK, and Malibu Ken/Aesop Rock; Gunsho descended from the woods of Maine to provide us with the perfect space weirdness for this release. Sliimo is here to keep PVD, and the reaches of space, weird.
